Pelvic Piece Physio specializes in providing a holistic approach to pelvic health and wellness. We help you rebuild the connection with your body through personalized physical therapy services, addressing neuromuscular imbalances, and empowering you to take control of your pelvic health. Pelvic floor conditions don't need to be your 'normal' - let's aim for improved quality of life.
At Pelvic Piece Physio, we believe that the goal of physical therapy is getting you back to doing the things you love. Due to the way the body is interconnected, our treatment of your pelvic floor can include and incorporate several areas such as your neck, back, core, hips, and diaphragm. We welcome everyone, whether you're a woman, man, or nonbinary. After all, everyone has a pelvic floor!
We specialize in treating the pelvic floor muscles and the functions that relate to it, including but not limited to:
Initial Evaluations: These are for first-time visits, either as an entirely new patient or for a new body part. Your physical therapist will perform a comprehensive assessment of your complaints and functional limitations. An external exam will be completed (internal exams optional) and a personalized plan of care will be formed to assist

Dr. Le often goes by Kristie. Her transition to creating her own clinic stemmed from the desire to guarantee more time with her patients so that she can get them better, faster. It also gives her time to give back to her community by doing workshops and bringing awareness to pelvic floor-related conditions.
"Pelvic floor PT is an intimate process. To truly understand what each of my patients need, this process cannot be rushed. There is no cookie-cutter approach and no shortcuts. I meet my patients where they are at and examine what they need to get to where they want to be."
Dr. Le received her Bachelor's degree at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Winston-Salem State University.
"She was watching me the whole time and making sure my muscles were firing correctly. With my previous pelvic PT, it didn’t feel like we were working my muscles at all, felt like she released me too soon, and I didn’t really feel like I learned how to do kegels properly. Kristie did something other therapists couldn’t get me to do."
-Jennifer S.
"Kristie's personality is well suited for her job. She listens to the patient and makes her plan based on the patient's needs. The subject matter is sometimes awkward for a man or woman. She handles that very well too."
-Phil P.
